Privacy, Photos & AI

What we collect

Account details (email address and, optionally, your name), the photographs you upload, the details you enter about your pet, your orders and payments, and basic product analytics events used to understand how the creator is used.

Your photographs

Uploads are stored in private storage buckets that are not publicly readable. Access is controlled by row-level security so only you (or a signed-in administrator handling your order) can reach them. Finished high-resolution artwork is delivered through short-lived signed links, never permanent public URLs.

Before uploading, you confirm you have permission to use the image. Please do not upload photographs of other people without their consent.

Retention and deletion

Original uploads are deleted on the retention period configured by our team (30, 60 or 90 days by default), except where an order, refund or legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

AI personalisation

Your artwork is created digitally using AI image generation, based on the photo and details you provide. Requests are made server-side; our AI credentials are never exposed to your browser. We do not submit your images for AI model training, and we will not do so without separate, explicit permission.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember an in-progress creation as a guest. Analytics events are stored against a random guest token rather than an advertising identifier.
