Your order
Each portrait is personalised and produced on demand from the photograph and details you supply. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable.
Previews and payment
Previews are free and watermarked. Payment is taken before the high-resolution, unwatermarked artwork is produced and released to your account.
Refunds
Because digital artwork is personalised and delivered immediately, the statutory cancellation right does not usually apply once the download has been supplied and you have agreed to immediate delivery. If your artwork fails to generate, is corrupted, or does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will re-issue it or refund you.
Acceptable use
You must own or have permission to use every photograph you upload. We do not create artwork that imitates protected characters, trademarks, or identifiable public figures, and we may decline or moderate any request that appears to do so.
Licence
Your artwork is licensed for personal use, including printing copies for yourself or as a gift. Commercial resale of the artwork is not permitted without written agreement.
Physical products
Printed and framed products are not currently sold. When they are introduced, delivery, returns and cancellation terms for physical goods will be published here before any order can be placed.
